Here at Fiix, we spend a lot of time figuring out ways to make your experience with our software better and easier.
But one thing we’ve realized is that Fiix customers aren’t one size fits all. We’ve got everything from a major auto parts manufacturer and big breweries, to small churches and property managers. And that’s just a tiny handful of our customers. It’s crazy to expect all these companies with very different needs to use the software the same way.
So we’re very excited to introduce Fiix Chat. It works through the Fiix CMMS, and lets us send you specific information that’s relevant to how your team is using the system.
What is Fiix Chat? How do I find it?
Fiix Chat is a messaging system that will appear as a blue circle icon at the bottom right of your screen when you’re logged into the Fiix CMMS. This will appear with a red alert number when there are unread messages, similar to notifications on your smartphone. Just click on the icon to see any unread messages.
Once you’ve viewed a Fiix Chat, the red alert will disappear but you’ll still be able to view old messages—just click on the Fiix Chat box again, and all prior messages will be visible.
Why is this useful?
Get information that’s relevant to your team to make the transition to new software much smoother
Say you’ve got a new tech who is logging into the software for the first time. We can send that person step-by-step instructions and CMMS tips via Fiix Chat, to help get them started (same goes for any new user in the system). If your team is wary of adopting software, this can help make the transition much easier.
Stay up to date on any changes or updates to the software
We’re updating the Fiix CMMS all the time. Fiix Chat will let us communicate these changes and walk you through new software features, including step-by-step instructions.
Got questions? Let us know! Email us at Support@Fiixsoftware.com with any questions about Fiix Chat or any of our other CMMS features.
