What else can you do?

Don’t take phone calls for maintenance
When you receive a phone call requesting maintenance, instead of writing down the request yourself, take the time to help the person submit the request via the Fiix CMMS. After a while, this will be save you a lot of time every month.
Only accept written maintenance requests via the Fiix CMMS
Second, if you get an email or a written note for maintenance, send it back, and ask for it via the Fiix CMMS.
