At Maintenance Assistant we are always looking for ways to improve the product experience for our customers. Today, I would like to show you something our chief software architect, Bob Kandic, has been working on over the last few weeks – advanced filtering.
In the near future we will make available advanced filtering. Advanced filtering will be available on most lists in your CMMS. For example, in your work order list, you will be able to create a unique filter that shows you all Corrective work orders, that are open or in progress, created during this month. Just like the advanced filter that is shown in the screen shot below. There are many options to choose, including the asset, and many ways of selecting the data.
You will be able to save your filter for rapid re-use again and again. You will be able to make filters for various lists in your CMMS, including Work Orders, Scheduled Maintenance, Parts and Supplies, and Purchasing.
Right now the advanced filtering is going through our routine testing procedures. We will let you know when this cool new addition is released into your CMMS. We hope you make use of it when it comes.
