As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to evolve, we wanted to reach out to express Fiix’s commitment to the health and safety of our community while ensuring business continuity.
In light of this situation, we’ve implemented a number of policies to ensure our delivery of support and services is not impacted:
- We are supporting remote work for all Fiix staff.
- Software uptime and all support and services will operate as usual, per our service level agreement.
- We will continue to deliver all professional services virtually.
We know that you still have a job to do, and we will continue doing what we can to support the maintenance community during this time.
Our thoughts go out to anyone who has been affected by COVID-19. We know that this community is resourceful and resilient and will weather these uncertain times.
