Previously, Novak spent thirteen years at BlackBerry, and most recently held the position of VP of Channel Accounts. Responsible for the BlackBerry business through the top carrier partner and channel globally, he lead strategy definition and execution for hardware, software and services revenue in both Enterprise and Consumer channels.
